Connect iPad/iPhone to Bluetooth iProbe
How to:
There are two steps to ths process:
1. Connecting the iProbe to your iPad or iPhone
2. Connecting the iProbe to the Pocket Suite App
Part One - Connecting the iProbe to your iPad or iPhone
1. Make sure your iProbe properly charged, is turned ON (LED is green), and is near your iPad or iPhone device.
2. Click the home button on your iPad or iPhone device.
2. Click the Settings icon.
3. Click Bluetooth.
4. If your bluetooth is enabled, it will begin searching for nearby Devices. If your Bluetooth is not enabled, enable it by clicking on the on/off switch. Once enabled it will begin to search for nearby Bluetooth devices.
5. When you see the Translogik Probe with its serial number listed, click on it and wait until it says "Connected".
Part Two - Connecting the iProbe to the Pocket Suite App
6. Open the Pocket Suite App
7. Click Settings
8. Click Tools
9. Click Probe
10. Click Connect. The program will begin to search for the iProbe you connected on Part One. If Part One was successfully completed you should receive a message that the tool was connected successfully.
More about this function:
Note: If there are too many wi-fi or bluetooth devices around it may take longer for the connection to occur, as the devices must rule out many other devices signals in order to interpret the correct signal.
