Process and Clean-Up Data
1. Select the Fleet/Branch you'll be working with on the main menu bar by clicking the search button to the right of the menu. if the desired Fleet/Branch is already selected proceed to the next step.
2. To access this function: Complete Inspection menu > Process and Clean-Up option
3. When the screen loads, the last imported inspection for the active Fleet/Branch will be automatiaclly selected. Observe the date and available information on screen. If the inspection that is displayed is not the inspection you wish to process, use the scroll buttons or the search button to select the desired inspection.
Observe the Inspected Records section located on the left side of the screen. In this section you will find the Approved, the Inconsistent, and the Refused records. The goal is to eliminate the inconsistent and refused records by either correcting them or deleting them. In some cases you may not be able to eliminate all inconsistencies and in other cases you may depend on someone else to add a tire or retread design specification to the system for you in order for your records to process correctly.
How to access the Branch Inspection Report
1. Select the Fleet/Branch from which you want to check the report;
1. 2. You can access the report either by going to Complete Inspection => Process and Clean-up or Complete Inspection => View Reports. But for both methods to work, the inspection must be previously processed:
2. 3. Select the inspection you want to
view:
1. 4. After selecting the inspection you
want, click on the Report
button available in the bottom part of the
screen for both methods.
2. 5.On the Report Printing screen, click on the Type (1) drop-down menu and select the Branch Inspection Report (2) option:
1. 6. Choose if you want to view the
reports as a PDF or HTML file and click on the Process button to issue the report.
